Scouts

The skills to succeed

Scouts is for boys and girls aged 10½ to 14 years.

Being a Scout is all about discovering the world. Our young people are always up for adventure and push themselves to experience new things and learn new skills.

Our Scouts master the skills that will help them weather the storms of life, and try things they’d never get the chance to do at home or at school – achieving whatever they set their minds to.

As a Sea Scout group, we have access to our own fleet of kayaks, canoes, sailing dinghies and powerboats. Our Scouts take part in a huge array of activities both on and off the water.

At 1st Molesey we have 2 Scout Troops:

  • Tuesday evenings between 7pm and 8:45pm.
  • Wednesday evenings between 7pm and 8:30pm.

Skills

As a Scout you’ll learn skills that will keep you safe and prepare you for big adventures like climbing mountains.
